About Me

I have always loved a good story.  Yet, I never felt the need to try  creating my own until I started teaching.  As a middle school teacher, I became curious about what my students were reading in their spare time.  I started reading what they were reading and that is how I fell in love with the young adult genre.  The more I read, the more I realized I had my own stories to tell.  Awakening is my first novel.
